I am an F-16 pilot currently "flying a desk" at the Pentagon and have been a member of the CrossFit community since Mar 06. I am a "Level 1" certified trainer.
Although CrossFit Pentagon has no scheduled classes, we have a growing number of CrossFitters that work out with me in the 0600-0700 time block.

Completed 12 1/2 rounds in 20 min.
Awesome site. Rome wasn't built in one day but at least right step in the right direction with PAC. Though I'd have liked to have seen PAC move with some military efficiency if not above average customer service.
